   •   Deposits and payments made towards property purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the sales agreement.

   •   If a buyer wishes to cancel a transaction before closing, any refund will be subject to the terms outlined in the purchase agreement and applicable legal regulations.

2. Rental & Lease Agreements

   •   Security deposits are refundable upon lease termination, subject to property inspection and compliance with lease terms.

   •   Advance rent payments may not be refundable unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement.

   •   Early termination of a lease may result in penalties or forfeiture of payments per the contract terms.

3. Service Fees & Consultation Charges

   •   Fees for property consultations, brokerage, and other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

   •   If a service has not yet been rendered, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

   •   Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., legal disputes, contract breaches, or regulatory changes) will be evaluated individually.

   •   Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days.
